Objective

The Halifax Class Combat Systems In-Service Support Contract (HCCS ISSC) will provide long-term, full-spectrum support to the combat systems (excluding the Command and Control system and the Electronic Support Measures [ESM] system) installed in Halifax Class ships.

Requirements

The Halifax Class Combat System (HCCS) ISSC is a single, long-term, performance and incentive-based competitive in-service support contract. The Contractor will provide services for the selected HCCS equipment such as materiel management, including acquiring, warehousing and distributing spares and consumables; engineering services; maintenance services; configuration management; obsolescence management; technical data management; technical problem resolution; disposal services; technical schedule management; and coordination of activities with original equipment manufacturers and other stakeholders.
