Objective

To continue to provide Administrative Flight Service (AFS) to the Government of Canada (GoC) and Utility Flight Service (UFS) to DND through 1 Canadian Air Division Headquarters (1 Cdn Air Div HQ). AFS provides world-wide transportation of VVIPs such as members of the Royal Family, the Governor General, the Prime Minister, Ministers and foreign dignitaries. As well as continue to provide world-wide military VIP transport, military utility transport and Medevac.

Requirements

To continue to satisfy a Government of Canada (GC) requirement to operate a controlled and secure Administrative Flight Service (AFS) for Very Very Important Persons (VVIPs) defined as members of the Royal family, the Governor General (GG), the Prime Minister (PM), former Prime Ministers, Cabinet Ministers or other approved users travelling on government business. In addition to the AFS requirement, a DND Utility Flight Service (UFS) is provided for approved missions for senior military, utility transport, Aeromedical Evacuation (AE) flights, disaster assistance response and other special flight roles.
