Objective
To ensure Canadian component of NORAD is fully interoperable with the other air defence sectors throughout North America, the CADS Upgrade project will deliver and install equipment and software that is common to all NORAD air defence sectors.
Requirements
Specifically by upgrading the Battle Control System-Fixed, installing the secure integrated communications system and address air defence operations business continuity.
