Objective

To replace legacy cryptographic devices and/or perform software and hardware upgrades where necessary

Requirements

1. To replace legacy LEF and NEF devices and/or perform software and hardware upgrades where necessary;
2. To replace all KW-46 encryption devices which comprise the Fleet Broadcast System;
3. To ensure adequate CFD are procured along with EKMS; and
4. To ensure training and related material is made available.
