Objective
The PE2 System will consist of two ground stations and a processing facility to exploit the Government of Canada’s RADARSAT Constellation Mission (RCM). The capability will provide mission continuity and enhanced space-based surveillance and reconnaissance capabilities beyond those delivered from the PE NRTSD System.

"Increased level of sovereignty surveillance in support of Government of Canada requirements. Increased information to support senior CFA and Government of Canada decision makers when preparing for military deployment to international missions and disaster support operations."
