Objective

DRBM Programme (inclusive of the DEFENCEx Project) -critical to DND’s efforts to digitize and modernize its Defence resource management business

Requirements

Business-led IT-enabled business transformation programme with two components:

• Business transformation: changes to policy and processes: Finance, Real Property, the Defence Supply Chain, Material Management, Equipment Engineering and Maintenance, and consolidated Reporting and Predictive Analytics.
• Technology refresh will influence the business change and presents opportunity to modernize the business processes surrounding current resource management practice.
