i’m a grade 10 student and before i took history this year i thought that history was lame, but honestly after learning about how canada had such a big influence throughout the wars i think it’s really cool. i have also heard that canada has a very bad*ss military and i really love that you guys go out of your way to fight for our country. to devote your life to your country definitely seems pretty out-there for me because im a pacifist but i still understand that war may be necessary for our happiness as people and stuff so that’s great. i also hope you got to travel and see cool places because i love to travel, i hope none of your friends died because that would really be hard and stuff. have a good day!

Thank you for being the reason qe feel safe, thank you for prorecting us, thank you for fighting the battles we cannot fight ourselves. Many people u derestumate what you have done, but u surely do not. Im proud to call canada my country and our armed forces, our armed forces.
Canadian soldiers, you do what I could never do. I can’t imagine what it’s like and I don’t know what you’re going through or have been through, but I just want you to know that you are appreciated.
