I would like to take this time to offer my most sincere thanks for the sacrifices you have made for our country. These sacrifices do not go unnoticed and we are very grateful to live in a country and provides a safe living space and acceptance to all.
Thank you for your service and all you have sacrificed for our country.
Thank you for taking the time to serve and protect the vulnerable. By putting yourself at risk you have given others the opportunity for a free life .

Canadian Armed Forces, I would like to wish the entire CAF a very Happy Thanksgiving no matter where in the world you are stationed! We have so much to be grateful here in Canada.. the best country in the world. My hope is you will get eats and treats over the long weekend ??! I will be praying a Christian prayer for your well-being. I know it must be extremely difficult being away from your loved ones. We never had children so the little one and so many of the big ones now from Church and my families children call me Auntie M. I had one cousin in the Canadian Forces, now retired. I friends son now servicing. So I want to take this time to thank you for serving. I would like to wish all the men and women who read this a very Happy Thanksgiving. I know it's hard to be away from family, especially at holiday times. Please know there are many thinking of you all and praying for your safe return. God Bless you all until we meet again. Auntie M
To our brave shoulders abroad and at home, First and foremost, thank you for everything you do. I can’t say thank you enough. As we head into thanksgiving, I am thankful for you and what you do for our country, and for the others in the world who need your help. I hope you are well, that you can be home with family for the holidays, but I understand that’s not always possible so I do hope you know there are many of us, back home thinking about your efforts. I’d like to say Thank You for helping to keep us safe. We are so lucky to be Canadians, and our freedom and way of life is a blessing we need to protect. While that’s easy for me to say, it’s you who have chosen to work at it and even taken the personal risk. I want you to know it is appreciated.

Thank you to our service members who serve off hours, and do things like help kids get to Cadets, or to help a new recruit get to the base on time. Service outside of the service, is the spirit of Gratitude and Humility. Helping one another. Thank you!
R.C.A.F., I have very fond memories of Winnipeg, Cold Lake, North Bay, Yorkton and Edmonton. I was fortunate to be a dependent of an R.C.A.F, Officer who was a fighter pilot during the Cold War. We were based out of Baden-Baden, West Germany which was a very exciting posting to say the least! I was 6-10 years old while in West Germany at the time. I can't begin to explain all the cool school trips we went on! Life moves pretty fast when you are involved with the military. I moved around 10 times while growing up and I wouldn't have it any other way! There really is no life like it! Take care, James B.

We still have warm days. Fun times arround the corner with shoveling snow and red wine nights. To the female soldiers, respect! You are an insperation to all of us! The SnowBirds are in Winnipeg! There probably couldn't be a better day for an Air Show by the RCAF. We are thankful to the women and men who keep our skies safe and friendly! Canadian Armed Forces, Good evening. I feel so very safe knowing that the men and women of the CAF are working around the clock protecting our borders and airspace. I feel grateful and try not to take everyday I have for granted. Please continue to have courage and the strength required to go above and beyond! We rely on robust soldiers, sailors and airmen and women to keep our land free of terror and to prevent WWIII. Take rest when you are able and remember you are all true heroes ??! When I wake in the morning, I gaze at my Super Heroes print for about 5 minutes and think of all of you. Then, when I catch my breath, I spring out of bed and stand at attention! When life gets hard, and I feel lonely, I can remeber that I have one thing to fall back on: my amazing, beautiful country. When life gets hard, I remember that my family and I woke up today safe. I can do the things I want and not be afraid! You hold our country together when we need it most.
