Marie-Rose - 14/11/2024
Hi,
I’m Marie-Rose and I write you this message to say that I think we need to consider and care that the military has difficult time. I know that saying goodbye to your family and lost people that you love certainly hurts you a lot. But at the same time you save people from your country and that makes you strong. When you come back you can be sure and proud that a lot of people will be there to see you and thanks you.
I really thank you for serving our country.
Myla - 14/11/2024
Hello,
My name is Myla and I’m from Québec. I go to Sentiers school and I’m in PEI. I wrote this message because I love what you are doing. I am very surprised at what you can accomplish. I also wrote this message because you guys are very good for staying motivated and I am amazed by your work.
I am very impressed with the fact that you can say goodbye to your family like you do. You are very brave but this is for good reason. Afterwards, I know it is very difficult because you lose people you love and people you have good relationships with but you stay mentally on the good track.
You might be sad about saying goodbye to your family and the person you loved the most and I really think you are good because I will not be able to do that. You also might be scared because people around you die and it’s not very good for your mentality and you stay professional.
I hope you are doing well, take care of yourself!

Naomie - 14/11/2024
My name is Naomie i’m a student of high school and I write this little message because I understand how much the job of a military person is hard and important for our country. I'm sure that it was very difficult to say goodbye to your family and living with the constant risk. I think you have felt a lot of sadness and loneliness to don’T being with your family and people that you love for a long time. I feel very proud of all of you are there for our country. I hope you have a great day.
Henri - 14/11/2024
Hi my name is Henri. I am a high school student and I am writing this letter to you as a symbol of my gratitude. Being in the army is probably very hard, mostly on the battlefield. You lived some horrors and gave your lives to offer us freedom and liberty. Know that we will never forget what you’ve done for the country. I am only 13 years old so I know my words will probably not have much of a meaning to you but we are infinitely grateful to you so you have my thanks. Good luck!
Élodie - 14/11/2024
Dear canadiens force members, I’m Élodie and I’m a secondary 2 student. I’m writing this message to thank you for your hard work and courage on the field. I think you’re incredibly brave to leave the things you love behind to protect them and our country. What you’re doing is heroic. Whether you’re a veteran or currently a soldier, we are all grateful for you. Being a soldier is hard both physically and mentally, but know that your efforts and sacrifices are not going unnoticed. I appreciate your work and I wish you all good luck on your journey.
Juliette - 14/11/2024
Hello, my name is Juliette and I am 13 years old. I am writing this message because I think that your job is super important and your mental health is key.
We all know that being in the army is really stressful and it is hard to stay in control. The army is really strict and controlling so I know that it is not easy to stay calm and relaxed. You are also really strong to say goodbye to your family because it is hard not to live with the people you love. I am really empathic with the soldiers that are far away from their home. Personally, I kind of feel rejected when I am lonely which makes me cry. I also believe that you guys were scared which is really normal because you never know the future and you are not always prepared for everything.
I hope that you liked my message and have a wonderful day!
Béa - 14/11/2024

Have a great day
Gaia - 14/11/2024
Hello my name is Gaia. I’m 13 year old. I’m writing this message because I’m realizing how hard it is to be in the military . You have to see people suffering and not see your family for a long time. That must be so hard. You must have felt challenged , also pressured and many more emotions. I hope you get the help that you need.

Éloïse - 14/11/2024
Hello, I am a French student from Canada who is learning English and today, as part of my english class, we talked about the memorial day. I know it must have been hard saying goodbye to your family and not having them by your side right now but just remember that even if they might not be here physically, they are still with you in your heart and you're still with them in their heart. You have to work hard day and night to serve your country and you must be tired but I know you are going to be fine and you are going to give it your all. You are probably stressed right even if it is not the same, I live with anxiety too and I know for a fact that not every day is easy but in the end you are going to be ok. I wish you the best in your journey.??
justine - 14/11/2024
Hiii! My name is Justine and I'm from quebec. I'm writing this to tell you how much I'm grateful for having some people who go to the army because a lot of people wouldn’t go. I know that losing people you care about and you loved, it’s very difficult and you don’t know what's about to happen. Going away without your family for so long can be one of the worst parts because you don’t know when you're going to see them. You can have a lot of emotions like being very sad because you can see things that are traumatic. Also, when you come back and you see everyone that you loved being there to support you, it's a very good happy feeling. I feel that you are people that are very brave because I wouldn't do half of what you're doing. To conclude, I wish you a lot of happiness in your life and thank you for everything that you did. Have a great day!!
Alizée - 14/11/2024
Hi my name is Alizée, I am 13 years old and I am from Quebec. I wanted to write to you because I feel like you own it. You work far from your family (I believe that it must be hard) and you take a lot of risk and energy just to protect us and our country and I think that we can thank you for that. I know this must be difficult and that you must be feeling lonely or discouraged but I believe in you. And I wish that my letter made your day better.
Alexei - 14/11/2024
Hello, my name is Alexei and I am a high school student from Québec. The reason why I am writing this message is because of remembrance day but also for the simple reason that I and almost everyone owe a lot to you. Without your many sacrifices, I do not know if my life would be as safe or forgiving as it is now. Speaking of your sacrifices, I could not imagine it could have been easy to live in constant danger of being injured or having to say goodbye to people you cared for be that at home or on the battlefield. Still though, I am glad you made those sacrifices and did your duty to our country. Simply talking about the actions made back and the actions still being made by the army in an effort to do what’s right makes me feel proud of being a part of this country. I wish you all the best and hope your heroism will continue to be remembered by many for years to come.
Victorin - 14/11/2024
Hi, my name is Victorin im a secondary school student and today i'm writing this message because i wish for you you will never go to a big war like the 2 world war because it was so sad and scary like your work is so important so dangerous at the same time and i wish for you that you never lose a friend or maybe a family member at a war because if yes i'm sorry for you it should be so sad and you need to stay strong after that so i was writing to you only for saying to you that i'm glad of what you are doing like how you help people with your work like your work is just so important for the society.
Kris - 14/11/2024
Hello , My name is Kris.I write this message in support of all the world wars, whether first or second because during these wars life on the battlefield must not be easy and even less when you were away for months to even years from your families . It must not have been easy when you lost someone close to you on the battlefield or off, such as your wife, children or war companions.
You also had to learn to control your emotions no matter the situation in which you were, whether it was stress, fear or anxiety you learned to overcome these trials there with courage and bravery .
on the battlefield you must have felt emotions such as sadness for some fear for others or fear for others since they were probably participating in their first time on a battlefield and I respect this act with honor and pride because you have been people present for your countries ready to defend your land no matter the difficulty and no matter the challenge while keeping head in any situation . You are an exemplary model for soldiers or those who aspire to be .
In conclusion I wish you a happy life and peaceful rest so that your days are more beautiful and pleasant one after the other and an eternal rest for those who have left us at the front or again after the war and also a good restoration to all those who are victims of a post war disorder .

Ozaka - 14/11/2024
Hi i'm a young girl and today i am here to say thank you to all these people that fought for our freedom. To people that lose people like their best friend during the war or the ones who had to say goodbye to their family’s not knowing if they will ever see them again. The people that had to live in fear of not making it to tomorrow or living in the loneliness while they protect us. I feel very grateful about these people that fought or will fight so I can live with freedom and happiness in life. I wish that all the people who struggle keeping us safe will be rewarded for their sacrifice and courage. Thank you.

Dear veteran
Thank you for saving us in the war, without you we'd lose
freedom. I hope we won't be attacked again.
Malak - 14/11/2024
Dear soldiers,
My name is Malak and I’m a student in secondary school. My goal in writing to you is actually to say thank you. Going to war must be a big challenge for you. I wouldn’t even have the guts to set foot in the battleground. You probably lived sleepless nights, missing people you love and seeing other people suffering. It must have been scary, lonely and stressful. I know I’m not really in a position to say I understand what you lived, but I really hope you’ll keep going on and that you’ll find happiness again in your life. Because if you hadn’t been here to fight for us, maybe I wouldn’t even have been born. I’m really grateful, so one more time, thank you.
Warm regards, Malak
Gabriane - 14/11/2024
Hi, my name is Gabriane, I am from Quebec. Today, I am writing to all the soldiers to give them some encouragement. I know that it is hard to be in the military but you got this! Being separated from your family and saying goodbye to them must be the worst part but always remember that they think of you very hard and they love you. Also, living with the constant risk must be stressful but you are helping so many people, I am proud of you. I think that you guys are so brave because of all the things you are experiencing. You might feel tired because you can’t sleep so well, that must be one of the hardest parts. Finally, I hope that everything will be okay and everyone will get through this because you got this! I am so proud of every soldier!
Charlotte - 14/11/2024
My name is Charlotte and I’m a secondary 2 student. I am very glad to write this letter to you, because I just realized how important your work was for our freedom. So thank you very much! I know that you have passed through a lot of things, I just can’t imagine how hard it can be to be there for your squad and stay in control while you think about the people you love and your family that are so far away. I know you probably feel lonely sometimes and you are probably scared practically all the time. I think that you are really brave to stay in the army and face all those situations and feelings that I would clearly not be able to handle. I wish that you are able to find a way to be happy even if all those difficult things happen to you.
Sarah - 14/11/2024
Hello, I’m Sarah, a eight grader. Even today we are the 14th of November and remembrance day already passed, i want to respectfully thank you for your service. You represented our country by yourself. With the challenges about saying goodbye to your family/ close one, managing your emotions or overcome obstacles that you passed during your service. Also how you controlled and felt your emotion with bravery. I can’t imagine how you could be scared but however you fought for yourself and us. Just to let you know that thousands of people are proud of you, including me. Thanks you again.
