Hello, My name is Debora. I’m in the PEI program at Sentier high school in Quebec city. First, I want to thank you all for fighting for us and our country. I would like to tell you that we still remember your sacrifices for us and all the challengers you had been passing through. You probably lost people you loved and it probably hurt you a lot. You have seen people suffering from a lot of injuries. Remember your happy days and smile at the present. Hope you do well.
Hi, I am Xavier and I am a student in secondary 2. I wrote this letter because I saw a video of the world wars that was really interesting and it made me realise how much the veterans must be suffering from the world wars. It really surprises me how much you and your peers had courage back in the time for going to a place where you were almost certainly going to suffer. I also acknowledge the sadness that you must have had when you had to leave your family behind to go to war. I am really thankful for your service and I hope you have a great life Xavier

Hello! I am an eighth grader in Chief Dan George and I would love to give you this letter to read about how we’re very grateful for all the things you did for our Country. First, thank you so much for the many sacrifices you did for this country, like, being considerate and strong enough to have the heart to leave your families behind and serve our country and, also because you guys are happy to face many dangers just to keep our country safe. Secondly, thank you for the way you all gave your best for us and suffered for us to keep this country beautiful, not to mention it’s very inspiring, because that’s what keeps all of us going with life always knowing that we’re safe because of what you all did for us. Lastly, I’m deeply grateful for all of your bravery that you put on like a mask all the time, knowing the responsibility you have to carry is extremely heavy and that there’s times where we go through problems and your responsibility becomes bigger/heavier but despite everything, you all chose to bear and accept your responsibility which I think is really encouraging for most of us. In conclusion, I’m very grateful for you all, not to mention the sacrifices you all made for us, and because of that, you will all hold a special place in my heart. Sincerely, Your humble student.
Hello, i just wanted to reach out to the fellow soldiers who have been fighting to protect us and our country. Thank you for shedding blood for us and our country just so we can live to fight another day. so we wear a poppy flower to remind us of the soldiers who have sacrificed their lives and staining the once white poppy to the traditional red as a symbol of the blood they shed for us. Thank you for all you've done for us and the sacrifices you have made, we cannot thank you all enough but just to make it clear, Thank you for everything.

To the CAf: Thank you for protecting us and all of the time and effort you devote to keep this country the way it is. It's an honorable job, and something that is to be admired. Your strength and determination keeps this country together, and it's commendable, know that everyone appreciates all that you've done. Even if you're out in the battlefield or in the kitchen cooking food for the soldiers, your role is every bit important to the bigger picture. I hope you continue to have the bravery to continue every day of your job. Thank you for never giving up, and pushing through every day.

A lot of the candian people and me don’t know what is to go at war but i know to go at war is not easy or fun because you need to say goodbye to your family, endure bad live condition and support a lot of stress. But, for the strength and the courage you use to go to war, all of our country, Canada, says thank you to you because, without you and your help, our country can’t be what it is today. So, if you go to war tell yourself, you do this for Canada and those 41 millions of Canadian people.

Hello,I'm a student in Québec city.In english class,we talk about rememberance day and I think it's important to encourage you and thank you about everything you do to protect the country. You do many sacrifices to protect us and I think is exceptional to deal with many challenges. For example,to constant risk of death or injuries. Many people like me are too scared so they don't enroll in the military.I think that in your place I would be stressed and feel lonely because I can't talk to my family. To conclude thank you for every sacrifice you do for us.
