Salut my countrymen that are away form their friends and families in this time of meditation and contemplation at this world so messed up. You are away for us, to ensure that the rest of us remain safe and that our lives go uninterrupted by this chaos all around the globe. Fortunately there are people like you, for us that want make this world a better place. Thank you. I want to send a care package to unknown soldiers but I do not have a name to send it to. I Want to wish you a Merry Christmas from the bottom of my heart, Inot be easy to spend it without your family, I know I couldn’t. I have a few questions for you. What is your favorite food or dessert? Personally, mine is stuffing. My favourite dessert is my nana's blueberry cheesecake, it is to die for. Dear Canadian Armed Forces Member, Thank you for everything that you have done for me and our country. I still want to thank you even if you have or haven’t been to a war. You still put your life at risk by joining the military and wanting to keep your country safe and peaceful. Every year you serve the military you are being thanked more and more because of everything you do for me, yourself and everyone else in Canada. I really appreciate how much you do for our country and I will always remember you and everyone else you work with because you always want to and have been protecting me and our country. Because of you I can dance, go for a walk, and be at school to write this letter to you. How are you? I'm sure you hear this a lot but I'm very grateful for you, and all you do for us and the whole country. When my brother and I wake up on Christmas, there is a rule that we cannot wake my parents up until 8 o'Clock. When you were a kid, what were your parents' rules on Christmas morning? After we wake my parents up, we have a quick breakfast of cereal and then go downstairs and proceed to open our stockings. We each have our own stockings. Did you have your own stocking? Dear Canadian Soldier, My name is Anna and I wanted to write you this letter to express how much I appreciate what you have done forus here in Canada and for others around the world. Thank you for the sacrifice you have made for our country. If it were not for you and the rest of the Canadian soldiers our land would have been destroyed or maybe the freedoms that we enjoy would not exist. Thank you for keeping the peace in our land and for keeping us safe here in Canada and for making children in other countries safe as well. I want to wish you a Merry Christmas especially since you are not going to be home to celebrate the Christmas holiday. Since you don’t really get asked a lot of questions I am going to ask you some. What is your favorite Christmas tradition that you used to do with your family? My favorite tradition is when we sing Christmas carols in my great- grandmother's living room. Also what is your favorite Christmas song? Mine is Last Christmas and “You’re a Mean One” Mr. Grinch”. They’re the best ones to listen to. And lastly, what is your favourite Christmas movie? Also I want to thank you for keeping my friends and family safe during this time of year and I wish you could have come home this year. I think you can agree that it’s a good movie. Also what are you going to have for your Christmas dinner? My family is going to have turkey with mashed potatoes and some other things.
