Dear Canadian Soldier My name is Morrison, And i’m in grade 9 at Oak Hill School in Alberta. I wanted to take a moment to write to you and thank you for your incredible service to our country. I can only imagine all the Challenges you face everyday. Being away from your friends and families while you work to keep us safe and protect others around the world. In school, we are learning about Canada's role in peacekeeping and the sacrifices that soldiers like you make to serve our country. It opened my eyes on how much courage and dedication it takes to be a soldier. I admire your strength and bravery more than words can ever express. Back home, we’re preparing for winter. Dear Veterans, I just wanted you to know how much my family and I appreciate all the sacrifices and bravery you have given up to protect our country and freedom. Without your bravery and sacrifices we would not have our safe and sound lives in our great county Canada, so I thank you all from the bottom of my heart for your service's and fighting for our country. Thank you, I truly can't thank you enough for everything you've done. Thank you for your service, thank you for making me not scared to go to school knowing there are people like you actively risking your life so I can have this freedom. So that everyone in Canada can have that freedom. I know you think one person cant make much of a difference, but believe me when I say you truly have and will continue to long after you gone. We don't know each other personally but I'm so proud of you for what you have done for our country and if I could have one wish, it would be to turn out even half as great as you and all the men and woman that have served.
I want to say thank you to the soldiers fighting in the war, you make my life peaceful to live in and i am incredibly thankful for your service.

Dear, Canadian Armed Forces Member My name is Emma and I'm in grade 7. I am so eternally grateful for your service. I can't imagine not knowing if you'll make it to the next day or if you're ever going to see your family again. As a person with a previous family member of the military, I've heard first hand of how brutal the training is and how hard you have to fight just for our country and also how you don't know if you will see your friends. You don't know how much everyone in the world appreciates your sacrifices. Thank you so much for everything you do. Some questions I have are: what type of food do you eat? Like bagged food or do you have a private chef? And are your beds comfortable? Lastly do you get your own rooms? That is all goodbye!
