I hope you keep this message in your hearts and know how much we all appreciate you sacrificing your life. You have devoted so much time and life to make our country a free country as it is now. You have endured through a lot of losses, but for a greater good, to save your country. You helped all of us Canadians to be free, live in a peaceful country, and we can have safety within us. You soldiers are really brave to fight in a battlefield filled with violence and loss, if I were in your shoes, I would not be brave to fight, even on a field. We Canadians wear poppies on remembrance day and stand in silence to think of all of your good deeds for us. If you ever are troubled or scared, read this. “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.” Joshua 1:9. This is a message that you soldiers do not be afraid, for God will be with you through hardships and rough times. I hope you read this letter to know that you are loved by God and us Canadians. You guys are heroes! I am very glad I live in a country that has peace and freedom. People who care about me, and that is all because of you fearless soldiers. May God bless you along the journey.
