The experiences a soldier goes through at war- before, during and after are unimaginable. The emotion and thoughts running through one's head during these times is like no other. The pressure, the possibilities, the dread. No one truly wants it, to take the risk, but some are brave enough to do it anyway. That bravery is rare and we are all so grateful to have such an army ready to protect us. We will never forget those who sacrificed their lives for our country. We thank you all for holding our country on your shoulders. Lest we forget.

Thank you for your service. Your sacrifices will never be lost. The blood, sweat, and tears stained on Vimy will not be forgotten. You may be dead, but you will not be forgotten. Legends only die when they are forgotten. We remember you with the blood red Poppy, a symbol for the blood in which you have shed. The blood sewn land still remembers your sacrifices, as the craters by the bounty of shells that have bombarded this land. I understand that each of you have withstood a lot. The death of your friends, the frosted blanket of Snow that shed its soul into the field, and of course, the Poppies that grew in the bloodstained fields, as if the blood rose up and formed flowers. The white, carefully wrought graves of the fallen angels will soon return to their first home.

We are so extremely grateful towards everyone who braved their way in the battle. We will always be thankful to the people who gave their lives, suffered injuries and people who just decided to volunteer. Every year, we celebrate remembrance day to honor all the people who were in the battle. Over 11,000 people gave their lives fighting, but were never found. We will never forget anyone who fought for our king and country. Lest We Forget.

Thank You, Dear utmost Esteemed, Brave and Honourable soldier. You have or will risk your life on the battlfield, and I cannot express how much I appreciate you. You and your comrades have paved a way for future generations, a way to not only survive, but to thrive. You supported the world, holding it on your shoulders, making sure that all of humankind moved onward, enabling us to continue learning and loving. I can without a doubt, confidently that we are all unbeleivably grateful for you and your sacrifices. What I am about to say comes from so deep within my heart that everything I have ever said before will sound almost like a lie; Thank You, We will remember You Forevermore.
