Hello, thank you to all the soldiers who work very , very hard for peace in the country . I understand that it is very difficult for you mentally . Also the challenge such as long seperation from family and always be afraid of danger can cause stress and traumatize after this event.

Dear soldiers, thank you for your hard work, i can't even imagine going trough heavy training sessions, wars and not even being thanked enough. Kids my age don't even realise about all that work. I think you deserve to be praised because you went away from your family and home just to protect our territory. I am grateful for all the efforts you made for us.

Hello to all military and veterans.
We know that being a military member isn’t easy. You face long nights when you can’t sleep, endure time away from loved ones and miss your family and put yourself in harm’s way, risking being hurt. Despite these challenges, you continue to serve with courage, dedication, and strength.
Your sacrifices protect others, inspire those around you, and remind us of the true meaning of bravery. Even when the days are hard, know that your efforts are seen, valued, and deeply appreciated.
"Life is not a matter of winning or losing, it is a matter of never giving up"
Thank you for defending our country

Dear War Veterans,
Hi, I am a grade 6 student in Markham, Ontario. This letter is about Remembrance Day to remember all the fallen and to thank you for all your hard work. Thank you to those who fought and who have fallen. We are to remember all the sacrifices you have made for us. November 11 is a day for everyone to remember those who have fallen fighting for our country’s freedom.
We are thankful to all you veterans. You fought to protect this very country you live in. We all appreciate all that you have done. Veterans, you were so brave in fighting for all of us. Not many people would be brave enough to fight to protect our beautiful country. You fought for a free country and you got one. Now you deserve to be recognized and respected. You will always be remembered for your bravery and what you did. You risked your own lives so the next generation can live without any fear. If you ever feel alone remember that God is always with you no matter what. Isaiah 40:31 “But those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not faint." Stay hopeful. In conclusion, we will always remember the fallen and those who are still alive. You are very brave and now deserve rest and recognition.

I would like to extend so much appreciation and thanks for everything that members of the Canadian DND stand for and protect. While my own family never served in the military, my father-in-law was an electrician in the air force division and served on numerous peace-keeping missions overseas, and my sister-in-law was in the navy division and oversaw many search and rescue missions off our coastlines. I could see how much dedication and sacrifice they brought to their roles every day. And when I see the amount of hate, death, and destruction taking place around the world, including south of us in the US, I am so grateful and proud to be a Canadian citizen living in a country that is still free and strong, and knowing that our men and women in the armed forces are here to protect the rights of every Canadian. Thank You to everyone for your service and dedication!!

Dear Canadian Troops,
My name is Olivia, and I go to a school in Markham. I am writing this letter to thank you for all the sacrifices you have made for Canada. You sacrificed your own life for millions of others. Without you, Canada would not be the loving country it is right now.
I can’t imagine the pain that lay in your heart , while you watched innocent soldiers die for no proper reason. I cannot fully express how grateful I am for you, as you fought for our country. Your commitment and dedication shows just how hard you’ve worked to save our country. You endured hardships and pain, in an unimaginable way. I try to imagine how hard it must have been to be far away from home, unable to see your loving family.
Being a soldier is an incredibly difficult job, and you were able to do it. This proves what a hardworking leader you are, and how you persevered through hard times. I hope that when you read this letter you feel warmth in your hearts and that you feel happy. Thank you so much for your service, and your help to make Canada a better place.
Sincerely, Olivia

Dear, veterans
Hi! My name is Abigail and I’m in grade 6. I hope you’re doing well after the war. I’m very thankful that you took a risk and sacrificed your life for Canada. It must have been hard for you watching your friends and soldiers die in front of you. I appreciate everything you do from your work to sacrifices you made in the war.
Since I’m christian I’m going to tell you one of my favourite verses. It’s from John 3:16. It says “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. “I don't know if you ever heard it but this verse will always stay in your heart and be with you wherever you go. This verse means a lot to me and I hope it means a lot to you too.
So thank you again for your service to Canada and hard work in fighting the war. If you get any injuries I will pray for you to get better. We will always remember you and all the sacrifices you made in the war. Thank you.
